We’ll begin with gentle breathing and self-massage techniques to help calm the nervous system and settle the body. Then, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative space to receive healing sounds, vibrations, and energy.
Leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and empowered - with simple tools you can take into your own self-care rituals at home.
