Client Booking Policy

1. Illness & Emergencies (Applies to All Bookings)

  • If you are unwell, I will do my best to offer an alternative date within the policy timeframes.

  • However, if more than two cancellations occur for any reason, the session will be forfeited.

2. Late Arrival Policy

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full session fee still applies.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.

3. Bundle Bookings (3 Treatments)

  • Payment in full is required upfront to secure all 3 treatments.

  • The bundle must be used within 2 months from the date of the first appointment.

  • All 3 appointments must be booked in advance at the time of purchase to ensure availability.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of their appointment dates.

  • Clients may reschedule with at least 3 days’ notice. If notice is given in time, I will offer 3 alternative date/time options. These must still fall within the original 2-month timeframe.

  • If the client cannot attend any of the 3 options offered, the session will be forfeited.

  • Cancellations due to illness will be handled with compassion. However, if more than one appointment is cancelled for any reason, I reserve the right not to reschedule further. The session will be forfeited.

  • If I (the therapist) must cancel, I will offer 3 alternative dates. If none are suitable, I will issue a refund for the missed session only.

  • All rescheduled appointments must still fall within the original 2-month window.

4. One-Off Bookings

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Full payment is required 1 week before the appointment date.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.

  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice may have their deposit transferred once to another date.

5. General Terms (Applies to All Bookings)

  • After the 2-month period (for bundles), any unused sessions will expire and are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made via text, email, or phone.

  • No-shows or failure to notify will result in the session being forfeited.

  • If the client does not receive a response from the therapist within 2 working days (Monday–Friday), they must follow up. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being forfeited.

  • Allergies, medical conditions, or contraindications that may restrict treatment must be disclosed before booking. If a session is cancelled or modified on the day due to undisclosed conditions, the session will be charged in full.

  • The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment without explanation.

  • Patch Testing: Essential oils will be used based on consultation. Patch tests can be arranged if requested.

  • Privacy & Data Protection: Your personal and health information is collected only for the purpose of providing safe and appropriate treatments. All information is kept confidential, securely stored, and never shared without your written consent. You may request to view or delete your data at any time.

  • Payment Method: Payments are to be made via bank transfer, using the client's full name as the payment reference. Payment details will be provided upon booking.

    6. Please note that treatments are currently being offered at my home practice and Centre for Whole Health. There is a possibility that all appointments will transition to the Centre for Whole Health, located within the Lam Rim Centre, just off British Road (approximately a 2-minute drive from the current location).

    Updated location details and directions will be provided to ensure a smooth transition.
