We are not separate from nature- we remember ourselves within it.

Step into nature and return to your natural rhythm with a series of woodland wellbeing sessions.
Guided by nature, sound, touch, and stillness. Each session is tailored to you offering a slower, more personal space to rest and be held in nature.

Offerings

1:1 Sessions (80 mins)

Sound Bath Meditation
An invitation to pause, reconnect, and attune to nature’s rhythms, supporting a sense of balance, grounding, and ease. Using a blend of singing bowls, crystal bowls, drum, and chimes, these sessions help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and guide you back to your natural rhythm.

Sound, Massage & Reiki Ritual
A deeply restorative treatment combining sound, touch, and energy work. Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, and drum are used on and off the body to relax muscles and support energetic balance, alongside a hands-on massage (Face, shoulders, scalp and feet) using essential oils.

Shared Sessions (2 people)

Designed for friends or partners.
Experience a guided sound bath meditation side by side in a shared outdoor setting.

Private Group Sessions

For friends, colleagues, groups (min. 5 people).
A unique, nature-based experience held just outside the city.

Group Sound Bath Meditations- Follow social media or the website for upcoming dates.

Small group sessions (max. 10–15 people).
Guided arrival, gentle grounding, and an immersive sound journey in nature.
