Fully immerse yourself in the complete retreat for a day of relaxation and renewal or join either the morning or the afternoon session. Each session includes guided meditation and intention setting, with a focus on grounding, balance, and nourishing self-care.
Morning
10:30 AM – 1:15 PM
Begin your day with a rejuvenating session designed to ground your energy and calm the mind. Awaken your senses through a mindful herbal tea tasting and blending workshop, where you'll explore the soothing qualities of selected plants. Then, immerse yourself in a creative mandala journey- gently guided to create your own unique mandala, with an emphasis on the process rather than the final result.

Lunch Break 1.30PM- 2.30PM
The Centre for Whole Health offers a welcoming eating area and fully equipped kitchen for you to use during your lunch break. The kitchen includes a fridge, and you'll find a selection of teas, coffees, and snacks available - simply contribute to the honesty box if you choose to help yourself.
If you'd like to explore further, the vibrant North Street and East Street are just a few minutes’ walk away, offering a wide variety of independent cafés and eateries.
For a bit of fresh air, you’re also welcome to relax in the centre’s beautiful courtyard during your break.
Afternoon
2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
This beautifully relaxing afternoon is dedicated to supporting your nervous system and promoting deep rest. Discover the calming properties of essential oils as you create your own personalised aromatherapy blend. You'll then learn a soothing self-massage and pressure point ritual to ease tension and restore balance. After this settle down and make yourself really cosy for a sound bath meditation guiding you further into a state of deep relaxation and inner harmony.

This ancient healing practice blends handcrafted singing bowls, crystal bowls, drumming, and koshi chimes with Reiki and Aromatherapy to help calm your nervous system and reconnect you with your natural rhythm.
Full Retreat
Immerse yourself in a full day of relaxation, renewal, and self-care by joining both the morning and afternoon sessions. Throughout the day, you’ll experience meditation, intention setting, and grounding practices designed to nourish and gently guide you back to balance. You will leave with your own unique herbal tea blend, aromatherapy blend for massage or use as a bath oil, mandala and handout for the self massage ritual techniques and pressure points, perfect tools to continue your practice and grounding at home.
